For which I prepared this onion-parsley salsa, with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Collard greens and rutabagas. Smoky picture, it was hot!
And yellow rice. Shall I serve you?

Enjoyed with some leftover champagne, it was not bad, not bad at all.
